Doctor - no.. please ? !
Technology is growing fast and simultaneously new viruses, bacteria & diseases are increasing critically and uncurably. Is it due to technological growth? Who knows !.
At present also, against all these pollutions, bads, rottens etc., there are some people , we could see, not visiting any doctor but living long life happily. How ?!.
Our body is full of chemicology , nuerology, and psychology .. every molecule is made with above things.
Therefore if one believes in own self, instructs the self psychologically to be strong, safe and healthy and keep away from pollutions, accidents and dangerous things can keep healthy, live long life, save expenses , utilize the time and make enliven all .
Also, one should learn about one’s own life, body, mind, situations and adopt , control, lead and live.
It will be always better to improve knowledge about the anatomy, psychology, chemistry and medical .. to some extent so as to judge himself whether he got small sickness/ to go doctor/to have small treatment etc.
Because , now-a-days many doctors have increased alarmingly their consultation fees and many corporate hospitals and labs have come up which have to collect lakhs of rupees for their maintenance and existences.
Medicines rates are also zoomed into hundreds and thousands.. operation expenses in lakhs.
Of course, for some diseases.. it is compulsory to go to doctors , hospitals and medicines but can keep away for majority times if one keeps in mind and follow the below small but valuable tips.
- Be slim, less fatty and less obessive will keep 80 % problems away.
- Exercises.. minimum or sufficient will keep 90 % healthy .
- Avoid heavy, fatty, undigestive foods and lessen taking non-veg items .
- Have no. of fruits , vegetables and curry leaves etc.,
- Do not take rotten, fungal poisonous foods.
- Do not smoke , drink and do not sit gambling etc., or atleast control and minimize the addictions.
- Be working , learning, earning and spending.
- Improve knowledge about your self , body and food.
