“Ninnu Kalisaka” is a must watch for the youth because it make them realize and understand the true meaning of love, attraction and friendship. The Ushakiron Movies’ production values are commendable.
Ushakiron Movies is the popular banner in Telugu world, which always gave several hit films to the Telugu film industry. It after taking some gap, the banner had come out with another love story called ‘Ninnu Kalisaka’.
It is the 83rd film under the direction of Siva Nageswara Rao. The film director is popularly known for bringing out good comedy films. The other speciality is the director himself made an on-screen presence in this movie and narrated the love story for the audience.
The movie explains the delicate and thin line between the words i.e., Love and Friendship. Here the director really succeeded in his attempt to present the real meaning of the two words.
Story :
Bindu (Priya) and Chandu (Chaitanya) are in love, while Deepti (Deepa Sha) and Abhiram (Santosh) are the two pairs which loved each other. Abhiram and Bindu work as software engineers. Chandu is a talented artiste and is really fond of dances and choreographing of dance ballets. Deepti is persuing fashion designing in NIFT. It happens that Abhiram and Bindu are going to the America on a project work and join in a leading US firm. They, by luck, meet eachother on way to the US and to all their surprise they find themselves as neighbours. All the four friends keep in touch with the others for some time over phones and mails. During this time Abhi and Bindu become really good friends in the US. After a few twist and turn of events, Abhi gets attracted towards Bindu. Incidentally, Chandu and Deepti meet each other and respect the feelings of others.

Deepti really encourages Chandu when he stages ‘The Titanic’ play on the stage. Later, Chandu plans to take part in a mime show; prize money was Rs 1 lakh, besides a car. Deepti promises him to design costumes for the show. While rehearsal, the female artiste fails to cooperate well with Chandu, at the same time all the members of the team watch Deepti performing the same role well on her own in a corner. Then Deepti agrees to share the stage with Chandu. The mime show played by Chandu and Deepti wins the award. While declaring the award, the choreographer Tarun Master who announced the judgment, felt that they performed excellently on the screen because they were in love. While accepting that they are in love, Chandu and Deepti say, ‘We are not in love with each other but we have lovers and we are just friends only.’ Then they return back to India, both Abhiram and Bindu feel bad for getting separated but could not express their feelings for each other.
In the plane, Abhi meets Hero Jagapatibabu (special appearance) and elaborates him all the situation. After listening the entire story Jagapatibabu scribbles something on a paper and says him not to open it till he takes a decision. He also advises Abhiram consider the issue with his heart not with the brain. In the climax, he understands that his true love is Deepti and the interest towards Bindu is just an attraction, where Deepti too thinks on the same lines. As a matter of fact, that is what scribbled by Jagapatibabu on the paper that first love is the best and others are just an attraction. With this happy note the film ends.
